I have set up an automation to Update a Record from ‘Live’ to ‘Completed’
It has no errors so the logic works.
It is set up to change the status to ‘Completed’ if date is before ‘Yesterday’
For some reason I have a bunch of data that have a date before yesterday that just aren’t updating. Any ideas why?

Hi @Laura_Vile ,
Can you check the date fields to see what time zone they are in? Sometimes they can be created in GMT timezone.

Also ensure the fields are of the type Date and not Text.

If none of those are the issue, can you post a screenshot of your automation and the dates you are expecting to update?

Also:

Once you setup an automation, it will only work on newly-changed records that match your criteria. It doesn’t go back and update old records.
