Automation when status changes (any change)

Seems like an easy automation - would love some help! 

I would like to send a notification when a status field changes - whenever it changes regardless of the status.  There is no option for "when" a status changes. I am sure someone out here in this amazing community has done this. Would love some direction, thanks!

Hi. What about the trigger, "When a record is updated"? You can specify specific fields as well.

Doh - I thought I had to put in what it was updated to. Thank you, I knew there was an obvious solution. I appreciate you for taking the time to answer my silly question.
