We are an Enterprise user and heavily dependent on Airtable Automations working.
On Monday, Airtable automations had an unreported outage and performance issue spanning over 12 hours that went unreported on status.airtable.com.
Support made us aware of a fix after 12 hours.
Now, 2 days later, automations are now failing again and pending.
This is unacceptable to Enterprise users and we expect issues like this to be resolved within an hour at the latest. This is a commercial solution, and our entire business operation is at a standstill due to this.
We have used only 20% of our automation runs budget allocation, and these performance issues are unacceptable.
I'm giving thanks that this issue impacted enterprise users because otherwise it would never be acknowledged. I'm a lowly Team user. We also rely heavily on automations. And our work is also at a standstill.
