I am trying to send emails using the Gmail automation. The field I am using to route to the "To" field in the automation is an email field. The problem is, some of the emails were inputted with a space before or after them, which I suspect is preventing deliverability.
I tried using a formula field to trim the email field, but I route the formula field to the "To" field in the Gmail automation, it shows up blank as though there is no text in the formula field.
What is the best way to eliminate spaces in a field you intend to use in the Gmail automation's "To" field?
