My company is working to centralize our Zaps now that there's a service account feature through Airtable. However, we're running into the question if we should create separate service accounts with specific bases given access to (with the idea of least privilege), or just authorize a general Zapier service account that has access to all current and future bases?
The latter seems to be a lot more permissions than necessary, but it is also easier. Would love to hear how others are approaching this.
