Apologies if this is not the right topic category for this. Our Airtable automations have been stuck “in progress” since around 1:00pm today and it’s pretty much halted our business operations. :frowning: However, it says “No incidents reported today” on https://status.airtable.com/. I submitted a bug report via Airtable’s “contact support” chat bot a couple hours ago. Not sure what else to do. Is there a better way to report “incidents” like this? The automatic email response I got for the bug report mentions live chat, but I can’t figure out how to access that on the Airtable interface. Thanks for your help!
