Email when record is updated with change history

I’m not sure this is possible without creating a ridiculous amount of individual automations but figured it doesn’t hurt to ask.

I already created an automation that tells me when records from a specific table are updated. But I don’t see a way to have the field that was updated listed in the email. I don’t event need to see the new or old values of the field - just the field name. It’s not a huge problem but it would save me the trouble of logging into the base to see what changed.

One workaround would be to have a “Last modified time” for each of the fields you are interested in. Then have a formula field that compares all of the last modified times and reports which is field had the latest last modified time. Finally, include the result of the formula field in your email.
