Exactly match condition

Hello, is there a way of Exactly match a word, I am trying to do an automation that includes Only "Capital" . the condition automatically returns any cell that has  Capital, and the whole point is to only return the cells that contain Capital by itself. in other words, in the look up sheet , there are cells that contain " Capital, XX company", the condition will return these as well as cells with the name alone. I want the cells with the name alone. 

on Excel you can exact Match. please help.

Could you check to see if you are using the option "is" instead of "contains" when building your automation?

If using "is" you should only have records returned that match exactly to "Capital" instead of all records that contain the word "Capital".
