Form that can automatically have option that connect to Airtable database

Hi, I would like to ask If we have this inventory database, we want people who want to borrow our inventory to fill out a form that automatically shows only the product that has an “available” status on our Airtable inventory database. How do we do this? is it feasible?

I have tried airtable form, but I don’t find a way to do this by only using airtable form.

Hi Stevi, sort of. If you’re using a linked field to the table in your Airtable form, you can utilize the “Limit record selection to view” option, resulting in a field in a form that would only show records with the status Available
