Markdown "friendly name" URLs from Long text field...

I have created URL for the prefilled form via formula.
As described I used prefill_ where the underscore is used. The URL works fine from the base.
The problem is when I use this URL in automation via GMAIL the “" underscore is removed.
Only the last "” is there.
Why? Any help?

Was there any resolution on this? I’m having the same issues of the underscore being removed from a field value when an automation is sent to a gmail.

I'm having the same issue. It's not a gmail account though. The automation does not include the underscores in an email address.
