I have an automation that will email a specific person when a record enters a view. The view is looking for a status change. Once the status has been changed a field is populated with the user that changed the status. As part of my automation, I’d like the person who changed the status to be CC’d on the email that will be sent.
How do I get the email of the AirTable user to auto-populate into an email field?

Welcome to the community, @Linda_Harring!
Amazingly, the email address is already embedded into that field! In your automation, just click on that field and choose “Display As Email”.

Thank you so very much! If it was a snake…

Not sure whether Airtable has been updated since this solution was posted, but I don't see a "Display As Email" option when I click the field. I'm using a "Last Modified By" field to get the person who made the change, and when I select that field and "Email" in the automation & try to test, it says the To field is blank. Help!
