Need help clarifying the email automation. I have a form that many people fill out and it goes into a master data base. I want to trigger a confirmation email to the submitter that we have received their form. I used the "EMAIL" field from my database. My question is, when the form is submitted, does the automation only send the email to the form submitter OR does it actually send it to all emails from the email list? For example, the data base has emails 40 different emails from previous submissions . A new submitter submits a form, I want an email of the submission to only go to that new submitter for their own record and not to the other emails that are on the data base.
