Notifications based on due dates?

Heya,

Would anyone know if we can setup automated notifications to pre-assigned individuals based on dates? For instance, If I have entered a subscription that’s due to expire, I’d like the individual (who is in charge of the subscription) to receive a notification on a set date prior to the expiry date to check with him/ her if the subscription should be renewed or cancelled.

Configure an automation to run when a record matches conditions, and set the condition to be “when Expiry Date is within (take your pick) days”

Then add a Send Email action.
