Add an automation triggered
When record is created and use an
Update record action step to fill in the field with whatever instructions are necessary.
For rich text formatting to carry over, you’ll need to type the instructions in Markdown format:
Kamille_Parks’s suggestion worked like a charm. There was one hiccup I ran into when building this automation out. Make sure you put a space in-between the “” or it won’t work.
