Record all options of a multiple select field

Hello

I am new to airtable. I'm sure this is simple, but I can't seem to solve the problem.

I have a table with a multiple select column. I want to save in a field or in another table all the options that are generated in the multiple selection column.

For example:

The multiple select column includes: math, sports or geography selected along the rows.

If I include a new option (new row) as "physics" it should be reflected in the new field that collects all available or selected options.

The goal is to then be able to send a list of available options to webflow.

I hope the explanation is correct.

I think you're going to need a script for this I'm afraid.  Is it possible to use a linked field instead of a multiple select field here?  That way you could use a rollup field to grab all the possible options / records
