Hello everyone 🙂
I work for a school and some workshops are made in groups of students.
For instance, I need the 6 people from the Thursday, 11am slot to receive the same e-mail, visible e-mails in the "To:" field, and to Cc their trainer.
Is there a way to select the e-mail addresses from the group meeting these criterias (day, hour) and send the same e-mail to all of them instead of sending individual e-mails?
My idea is to do a concatenate formula to blend all addresses, but I'm not sure how to do it, and I'm afraid it would send multiple times the same e-mail...🤯
Thanks a ton for your help!

Yeap you can accomplish this with a "Find records" action that will find all the people you want to send emails to, followed by a "Send Email" action where you make a list of all of their emails
