Showing a filtered view/pop-up window

I'm trying to figure out a way to have some sort of pop-up window with filtered records based on certain criteria or simply just show a filtered main view.

I've managed to create an automation based on a certain amount of days + a certain status. Works fine when I test the automation but I'm not entirely sure how I can show this within Airtable.

The idea being that these customers are a priority so our sales guy needs to focus on this task first

I don't think a pop-up window is possible, but a filtered main view definitely is

What issues did you face with making that filtered main view?  The automation flags the important tasks by marking them as 'Important' or something, right?  And then your view is filtered to only show the tasks that are marked?
