Simple Automation Won't Turn on

Hi, 

I have a simple automation.  The test works fine but it clicking the "on" button doesn't work. 

I've tried making new automations. They too have the same problem. 

Any advice?

Is your trigger set properly? Can you share some more screenshots so we can see what you set up?
