Hi! I see this question has been asked and answered before Airtable updated their plans/billing structure, so checking in to see if anyone might have a solution.
When creating a "send email" automation, I'm getting this message: On your billing plan, you may only email collaborators with verified emails. Contact your workspace administrator to upgrade.
We are on the team plan and I confirmed in the documentation (https://support.airtable.com/docs/send-an-email-action) that I should be able to "email 100 unique non-collaborator email addresses per day."
Any ideas why I'm running into this and how to fix it?
Thanks!

Hm, I just tried testing this on a Teams plan and I get this:
If you're certain that the base you're working on is in the Workspace with the Teams plan I'd open a support ticket about it!

I am sure!
Did you have to do anything with your email client or anything before you set up the automation?

Nope, I didn't have to do anything!

You were totally right! The base was in the wrong workspace. THANK YOU!
