By the shape of those cells I am pretty sure those are single/muiti-select fields. You can achieve that look by using those type of fields and picking different color for each option, if using that field type is Ok with your workflow.

As far as I am aware, you can only color single and multi select fields like that, by actually selecting color for each individual option from field configuration menu.

I have actually seen a table where the cells are individually colored. (see the screenshot I inserted above)

One last question: Is this feature available only on the Pro plan?

All plans have the ability to use colors in single/multi-select fields. However there are only a limited number of colors available in the free plan.
