Hello,

I’m trying to see whether it is possible to create a single select field that only shows “Products” from a column if they are a “Current” line to be used on a form.

The single select field on my form shows all “Products”, regardless of whether they are “Old” or “Current”.

Referencing the graphic below, is there any way to achieve this?

Airtable

It would essentially be:
Single Select OF Products WHERE Products = Current

Any support would be very appreciated. Thank you :slightly_smiling_face:

Never mind, I figured this out straight after posting this.

In Grid View, create the filter you would like.
On Form View: Double click your Single Select entry > Enable Limit Record Selection to a View > Set view to Grid View.

I did not realize Form Views had addition option for Single/Multiple Select drop down.
