I have input your code and there are no errors, although it appears to skip the If Date < statement, and proceeds to implement ‘wms’ for all date ranges.

Never mind, I figured this out straight after posting this.
In Grid View, create the filter you would like.
On Form View: Double click your Single Select entry > Enable Limit Record Selection to a View > Set view to Grid View.
