I have a table [not linked or synced] which it generates deleted records back within a minute or two

Previously, the table was shared and synced, but troubleshooting was done after disabling it. Once I delete records, it re-generates deleted records back within a few minutes (less than 2 minutes), just like the undoing delete operation. Any ideas about possible scenarios? No automation is relevant to the table.
