First post here- I know I can easily build a form and connect results to Airtable- but can I connect a Form to an existing table for the user to select data from it? I have a table of workers by department with email address- I want the user to be able see and search this table (no problem) and then select users by email address from the table entries that will be submitted with the form.

If you create a form in a table with an existing grid view, the form with automatically use the field from the grid view to populate your form. You may have to configure your field differently to make emails searchable from the form view (make it a multiple-select field or create a table with all of the email addresses and make the field in your form a linked field). (That is, if I'm understanding your question correctly.)
