Linking records from multiple tables to one central table within the same base

I’m working on building a central product roadmap for my team. I know how to link records from one table to another, but I am struggling to link records from multiple tables to one single table. If I try to do it for the second table, it would just add another set of fields to the main table. Could anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.
