Unable to delete record

Does anyone know how someone would delete a record? I don’t want our team to be able to choose certain record options and want to delete them. They’re meant to link so that if someone looks up “City, State” only one shows up, but right now there are about ten for some options. I want to delete the other 9 options.

Not sure what you mean by ‘record options’
