Project Collision Mapping - Database Design

Good Morning!

I had a question about moving my projects within the table itself.  I have a main "Ready For Install" section and below are two other sections, one for each install team.  What I want to know and if I am able to, is how do I make it so when I want to assign a job from the main "ready to install" section to a team, if that job line will move out of the main section and into the appropriate one.  

Also, i want to link install team 1 and install team 2 to separate calendar views, so whatever job is assigned to team 1, only team 1 can see, and same with team 2.  any help is greatly appricated.
