Need a pro service for creating new base

Hello the community,

I work with airtable since acuple of year and it is great. But now, i can't level up my base because i don't have enaugh knowledge and programming skills. So i'm looking for someone that can upgrade my base with my actual needs. I need a pro service and i'am ready to pay for that. It can be in a remote loaction or whereever. But it should be in french (best) or at least in english.
