One way of doing this would be to create an HTML-based transactional template on the SendGrid website.
SendGrid has an API, so if you know JavaScript, you could write a custom script that communicates directly with SendGrid’s API. Then you could automate this script using Airtable’s automations.
For a no-code way of doing this exact same thing, you could to turn to an external automation platform like Integromat, which allows you to automate the sending of your SendGrid HTML email templates.
