Is there something wrong with Airtable today? Three of my customers reached out saying their Airtable automations stopped working. All issues needed to set another new personal access token. Aren't these supposed to not expire? If they expire, this is hugely problematic. This code needs to work reliably or Airtable can't reasonably be used for these integrations. I have to reach out to dozens of accounts now to see if their integrations are still working.

Personal access tokens do not expire. But they all go through a specified user account, so if the user account is deleted, then the personal access token will also get deleted.

These are all their own personal accounts with their own keys that all failed at the same time today, so this wouldn't be the cause in this case, but thank you for the answer.

Very weird. I would report it to support@airtable.com. It might have been a temporary outage, although I don’t see anything listed on the status page:
