is there a possibility to create a hyperlink in the text that is written in a cell of the “notes” column?

I thought they had cleared this through to production long ago. I guess they’re maintaining the slow pace.

No, Rich Text Fields will be available in free workspaces, but they are still in beta-testing, so only users who are participating in that beta can use them at the moment. I have to imagine they will be released to all users soon, as they’ve been in beta for quite some time.
