Airtable Support -> Add Record in Record Picker of the Interface Designer

Hi Airtable Dev team.

You've royally screwed us freelancers with the latest update to the Interface! 😡

I understand that the idea is that there are now templates but first we had to toggle the permissions to expose the create button. Now! Fields that were mandatory are no longer and many other fields have suddenly appeared.

We convince people to use Airtable and now sit with egg on our faces with questions like - "Why is this field no longer there?", "Why can I now see XYZ?", etc.
