Can you add different tables in 1 interface? without using lookup or link records

Yes, in the interface you can able to see different tables data in one place. 
the options are available in the interface setting so you can go and explore. it is possible without link different table

Design a new interface using the "dashboard" or "blank canvas" option and you'll be able to show multiple tables, numbers, charts and text boxes. (However, if you make a new interface and choose the "grid" option, you'll be limited to one grid)
