Colouring multi-select values based on linked field value

Hey all,

Is there any way possible to colour a multi-select field based on the colours of another field value? These fields are both linked records from another table.

Scenario

1. ) I have a "Campaign/Production Pipeline" table that is stacked and coloured by STATUS.
2. ) I have another table called "Campaign Overview" which outlines all campaigns using a grid view. 

Goal
I would like to create a visual overview of all campaigns based on their STATUS in a grid view that you can scroll through horizontally. Essentially, I would like the colours to reflect their respective statuses based on the "Production Pipeline" table.

Hmm, could you provide a simplified example of what you'd like the output to be?
