Hiding/deleting hindering notification: "The changes will hide this record"

Dear community,
Does anyone know how I can mute this notification?

I am building a check in and check out tool in interfaces, when someone has checked out, I want to have his or her name removed from the list with people who are in the building.

It works perfectly, only that ugly orange message, which tells me that the changes will hide this record keeps showing up. Hiding the record is exactly what I want it to do.

It would be great to have this sorted out.
