Hi, I have two tables with 50,000 records each (limit reached) and I want to get metrics from the two tables together.

For example, I want to know how many people are in the "in progress" status of the two tables, therefore, it would have to be set at 100,000 records and count how many people are in that state.

I know I could download all the data and calculate metrics in another software (like excel), but it would be great if I could do the whole thing in airtable

A quick and dirty way to do it is group by Status in both tables and manually sum the counts that appear in the "In Progress" groups for each table.

Yes I know, that was kinda of an example, would be nice if I can have graphs and charts on the interfaces table

In that case, you'll need to use an automation + script or link every record in both tables to a single record in another table and then use roll ups to aggregate record counts and a formula field to combine these.

Do you have a table with an example? Or a template

Many thanks
