I went to make a new interface in the record list style and can't seem to find that as an option anymore, but my existing interfaces are fine. Is it still an option?
I asked the same question too. Record List is no longer available to Add as an element, so your best option is to duplicate them from your existing interfaces. Otherwise, bring up the Project tracker template and work your way from there.

It's by far the most powerful interface and the only way to view data the way I want that I see. If it goes away I'd probably have to find a solution other than airtable.
