Airtable Universe front end design

Hi there, I have a pretty straightforward resource database and looking for an Airtable developer to help us create a similar front-end view that is in Airtable Universe (specifically with the left sidebar and slighlty updated structure).
Would also like to have a public view of the entire resource database with only some views showing (and keep admin views private).
