Looking for someone to help with Survey Monkey Apply - Airtable linkage through API

I am looking for someone ideally with knowledge of both the Airtable API and the Survey Monkey Apply API.  Note that this is for linking Survey Monkey Apply (SMA) - not standard Survey Monkey.  I need to automatically pull data from SMA for use in Airtable - and potentially the reverse as well.  I have built automations such as this in Integromat (Make) and Zapier, but SMA support is not available.  For reference the SMA API documentation is here.
