any solution for a rental app?

Is there at the moment any formula, function, working script or any else working solution to deal with a rental activity? (we need do track what is available or not, when it is available or not, who rented what etc. not only checking calendar view, but automatically checking if and when an item is available or not.

Building a leasing and rental collection system is quite complicated.
We have developed a system in our company using  Airtable, that includes many tables and some scripting. It took us quite a long time, but right now the system works and we see live rental collection.
Each transaction is a record. So you will need a combination of information, properly linked together.
