Any ways to export "Send Report" activity (i.e. when was record sent?)

Hey there,

Would love to download a report of all the records I have sent or even the activity from a specific record.

For example, we send records to IT when a new hire is added so they are provided with tech preference. We would like to be able to see when specific records were sent and by who so we can track processes.
