Base collaborator not represented

Hi,

I would like to share a record from my base via email.

I opened the base, selected the record I wanted to share and chosen "send record."

Then I got an error message "this row could not be sent because recipients must be collaborators on the base or workspace." So I invited the recipient to become a collaborator. The recipient received and accepted the invitation but even so they are not showing as a collaborator in the base and I am getting the same error message when I try to "send record."

I am on the free plan and I have not allocated all the editor roles available

Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions what I can do?
