Best way to record A/B Testing using the Advertising Campaigns template?

Hi there,
I’m currently using the Advertising Campaigns template to organize my campaigns and was wondering if anyone has advice on how to handle A/B testing? Do you create two campaigns and just indicate it’s “A” or “B” or is there a best practice when setting up the campaign utilizing UTM’s or titles, etc?
