Comment doesn't well non-English

Hi community!

Our team sometimes use non-eng text.
(mainly Japanese lang)

but using non-eng lang,does’t work line break on comment function.
(Please see the attached movie)

Here’s the status.
・eng
"Shift+Enter"→line break work
"Enter"→sent comment
・non-eng
"Shift+Enter"→sent comment
"Enter"→sent comment

please let me know good info.
