Is it possible to allow access to view (grid or gallery) only when input by user matches a field? For example I want user to only see his or her records, so I will get name or mobile as input and filter records to show only this.

This isn’t currently possible with Airtable’s native features. My mind first went to shared view URL filters, but the docs point out specifically that “you shouldn’t use this feature to hide private data.”

While I haven’t used this tool myself, I believe that the Stacker app might do what you want.

Stacker will do it, and this extension will also do what you want to do:

There are also many other extensions on that site that will do variations of what you’re looking to do.
