I have created a form under one tab, when I add another tab could I duplicate the form I created before under the first tab?

No. Form views are unique to the table they were created in. Each table is supposed to store different data, so it does not often make sense to have an identical form in two different tables.

No. Form views are unique to the table they were created in. Each table is supposed to store different data, so it does not often make sense to have an identical form in two different tables.
