Display result of a formula in form view

I have created a form view where users can input certain data points. These data points are then used in my Airtable base to calculate an output (based on a formula field).

What I would like to do is to display this output (result of the calculation) to users, after they submit their input through the form.

Can somebody recommend a way to do this? I have explored some of the apps and automations, but I cannot really find any way to achieve this.
