This is how Airtable attachment URLs work for all plans now. You get expiring links. All attachment URLs are now either expiring public URLs or “viewer” URLs that requiring being logged into Airtable as someone with access. You cannot get non-expiring public links anymore. If you need public non-expiring links, you need to host your files somewhere else.
