Filter fields that contain a word or text string

Is there a way to filter records that contain a word or text string without having to create a filter with the text for each field? I realize this can be done with a search, but I would like to have a view with the filter. Ideally with several words or text strings, with an “Any of” option.

Would you want to set it once or would it be something that you would want to regularly change?

You can create filters with as many options as you’d like but changing the “and” operator between each filter to an “or” so if any filters find text it will filter the records out/in.

Additionally, you can use filter groups if you want to get a bit more complex.
