I am new to airtable and working on using the program to manage event organization. I would like to be able to set up registration forms for all of our events that link back to the specific event record the form was created for. In the example forms video it shows using forms for astronaut and engineer applications that then all feed into one “Applications” table. What I would like is a field in the form that specifies which application they are filling out. Ideally this would be embedded in the form and not editable by the person completing the form. So in the example the engineers would see the engineering application and the astronauts would see the astronaut application but the administrator in grid view would be able to see a field showing which form they filled out.
